How we prepare your plant

What our team does before every plant leaves for your home.

  1. Hand-selectedWe choose the fullest, best-shaped plant from the batch, not the first one on the rack.
  2. Roots checkedWe look at the root ball and trim anything damaged before planting.
  3. Fresh soil for the speciesA mix made for the plant: chunky and airy for tropicals, fast-draining for desert plants.
  4. Fed to settle inA slow-release fertilizer so it has what it needs for its first months with you.
  5. Inspected for pestsLeaves and stems are checked and treated if needed, so nothing comes home with it.
  6. Cleaned and prunedLeaves wiped by hand, damaged leaves removed — no shine sprays.
  7. Staged in the planterPlanted with drainage, finished with a top dressing and watered so it arrives settled.

Planters are sized to the plant’s root ball, so there is nothing to repot.

Height is measured from the bottom of the planter to the top leaf. Plants are alive and each one is a little different; we aim to deliver within about 10% of the listed height.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery $75 for standard plants, $125 for large plants, $175 for 5–7 ft trees, from $250 for XXL orders. Installation $95, $150 for large plants, $225 for trees. Rental pickup at the end of the term is charged at the delivery rate.

Renting

3-month minimum. 6-month terms save 5% and 12-month terms save 10% on the monthly price. Routine care is not included in Rent; choose Rent + Care for professional visits. Normal wear is on us; damage beyond it is charged at repair or replacement cost.

Guarantee

With Rent + Care or the Care Guarantee plan, we replace plants that decline, as long as our team cares for them, the spot passed a Light Check and there is no damage from pets, moving or accidents.
