The plant, a designer planter in the style you choose, and potting by our team. The planter is sized to the plant’s root ball, so there is nothing to repot.

With Rent + Care or the Care Guarantee plan, we replace plants that decline, as long as our team cares for them, the spot passed a Light Check and there is no damage from pets, moving or accidents.

Yes, free of charge until 48 hours before delivery. Later changes may require a new delivery fee.

Kentia Palm and Rhapis Palm are non-toxic to cats and dogs. The other plants are toxic if chewed. Use the “Pet-safe” filter in the catalog, or tell us about your pets in the Light Check.

Normal wear is on us. Damage beyond normal wear, such as a broken planter, pet damage or a plant moved outdoors, is charged at repair or replacement cost.

Yes. Care plans start at $149 per month per location: Essential, Care Plus and Care Guarantee. Larger spaces get a custom plan.

Yes. We style listings, model units and short-term rentals, with rentals from 30 days and extensions as needed. Tell us about the property and we’ll send a proposal.
