Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, access details, the photos of your space you upload, and messages you send us.

Order details: what you buy, rent or book, delivery dates and payment status. Card details are entered on our payment provider’s secure page; we do not see or store full card numbers.

Basic site data: the pages you visit and your device and browser type. The site also remembers your cart, language and preferences on your own device.

2. How we use it

To prepare, deliver and support your order; to schedule care visits; to send quotes, confirmations and care reminders; to design plans for your space from your photos; and to run our referral programs.

We send marketing emails only if you sign up for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

3. Photos of your space

Photos you upload are used only to help with your plants and your project. We do not publish them, or photos of finished installations in your space, without your permission.

4. Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run the business: payment processing, email and SMS, scheduling and hosting. They may use the information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Your choices and California rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will not treat you differently for using them. Email team@plantist.la and we will respond within 45 days.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other information only as long as it is useful for your orders, rentals or care plans.

7. Children

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
