These terms apply to your use of plantist.la. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them and to the policy that matches your order: Delivery, Cancellations & Returns; Plant Rental Terms; or Care Plan Terms.
1. About us
plantist.la is a plant sales, rental, design and care service based in Los Angeles, California. Contact: team@plantist.la, (310) 890-0740.
2. Products and pictures
Plants are living and natural variation is normal. Photos and illustrations show the style and size of a plant; your plant will be similar but not identical. Planter colors may look slightly different on different screens.
3. Prices and errors
Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax unless stated. If a price is listed in error, we will tell you before taking payment and you can choose whether to continue.
4. Light Check and design advice
The Light Check and our recommendations are guidance based on the information and photos you give us. Results depend on real light and care conditions in your space.
5. Pet safety information
We label plants as safe for pets based on the ASPCA list of plants non-toxic to dogs and cats. Non-toxic does not mean edible; if a pet eats a plant, contact your veterinarian.
6. Referral programs
Plantist Friends and Plantist Pro are governed by the rules on their pages. We may change or end a program going forward, and we may cancel rewards created through misuse.
7. Site content
Text, photos and design on this site belong to Plantist or its licensors. Please do not copy them for commercial use without permission.
8. Liability
We are responsible for doing the work we agree to do with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first; most things can be resolved with a phone call.
